Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Junior eCommerce Web Developer for a full-time remote position, who will collaborate with senior developers to build and maintain high-quality web experiences across eCommerce platforms, focusing on front-end development and UX skills.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with product and senior developers to translate visual designs into HTML pages and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Write, test, and debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while assisting with cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance
- Participate in code reviews and take ownership of smaller tasks, while seeking guidance from senior team members to enhance technical skills
Required qualifications
- Foundational experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX tools (e.g., Figma)
- Exposure to cloud-based CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Shopify) is a plus
- 0-2 years of web development experience through internships, bootcamp projects, or coursework
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent self-directed/bootcamp experience
- Must be qualified to work in the United States without sponsorship
