Job Summary
Joining the team as a full-time Junior eCommerce Web Developer, the candidate will collaborate with senior developers to create and maintain high-quality web experiences across eCommerce platforms while enhancing their front-end development and UX skills in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with product and senior developers to translate visual designs into HTML pages and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Write, test, and debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while assisting with cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with teammates to deliver quality solutions under the guidance of senior developers
Required qualifications
- Foundational experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX tools (e.g., Figma)
- Exposure to cloud-based CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Shopify) is a plus
- 0-2 years of professional or project-based web development experience, including internships or bootcamp projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent self-directed/bootcamp experience
- Must be qualified to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
