Junior Finance Attorney

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven law firm focused on renewable energy, the full-time Junior Finance Attorney will manage complex financings, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents while collaborating with clients and colleagues in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements related to complex financings in the renewable energy sector
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues on finance matters, ensuring adherence to firm policies and practices
• Manage checklist on large transactions and coordinate various deal components effectively

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience at a law firm, preferably in renewable energy and related industries
• Experience with large syndicated financings and related ancillary agreements
• Admission to and in good standing with the Bar of the applicant's state of residence
• Strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills
• Team-focused outlook with experience mentoring junior attorneys
