Junior Healthcare Project Manager
Job Summary
To support healthcare delivery initiatives, the 100% remote Junior Healthcare Project Manager will plan and execute moderately complex projects, manage project plans and schedules, and lead cross-functional teams while working within an enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute healthcare projects from initiation through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating meetings and building consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Gather and document business and operational requirements, while identifying and resolving project risks and issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, particularly in healthcare delivery settings
- Experience managing projects in a large enterprise/ePMO environment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong requirements gathering experience with operational leaders and frontline stakeholders
- Experience using standard project management methodologies, tools, and software
