Junior Integration Specialist
Job Summary
To support customer integrations, the remote Junior Integration Specialist will perform data and software integrations, communicate with clients throughout the setup process, and act as a subject matter expert on integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with clients post-sale to gather information and requirements for various integrations
- Consult with customers during the setup process to ensure data maximization and provide validation results
- Update stakeholders on project milestones and deliverables while ensuring effective communication throughout
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a project management and customer-centric role
- Detail-oriented with technical thinking abilities
- Excellent deductive reasoning skills
- Understanding of software integrations is a plus
