Job Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Junior Investment Operations Associate will manage high-volume operational queues, execute core operations, and facilitate asset movement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of daily customer emails and operational cases, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Process ACH disputes and handle incoming inquiries regarding asset transfers and verifications
- Assist customers with account updates and complex inquiries while supporting the Risk team in investigating account security issues
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in investment, banking, or financial operations
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality execution
- Strong customer-centric mindset and passion for solving financial issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
