Working evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM ET, the full-time Junior Law Enforcement Specialist will review and label content, flag imminent-risk cases for escalation, and collaborate with a small team to ensure consistent application of policies.
Key responsibilities
- Review and label content while flagging imminent-risk cases for escalation
- Apply policy consistently and document decisions clearly
- Participate in quality reviews and calibration, applying feedback effectively
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience reviewing violent content or credible threats in a Trust & Safety or investigative context
- Comfortable reviewing distressing material regularly
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and consistency in decision-making
- Clear and concise written communication skills
- Commitment to a fixed evening schedule that includes one weekend day
