Junior Pharmacovigilance Officer
Job Summary
Providing support to project teams, the full-time Junior Pharmacovigilance Officer will manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in various pharmacovigilance processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process and follow up on Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in accordance with regulatory requirements and client specifications
- Support pharmacovigilance processes related to ICSR management and assist in the training of junior team members
- Handle product quality complaints and interact with medical information and quality assurance teams
Required qualifications
- Healthcare-related degree in life sciences or biomedical fields (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science)
- Demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance case processing
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical skills relevant to the role
- Strong organizational and planning skills
