Junior Pharmacovigilance Officer
Job Summary
To support the ICSR management unit, the full-time Junior Pharmacovigilance Officer will process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), perform follow-ups, and manage safety data while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Processing ICSR submissions from various sources in compliance with regulations and client requirements
- Conducting ICSR follow-ups and managing SAE/SUSAR, including reconciliation and product quality complaint handling
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting PV processes related to ICSR management
Required qualifications
- Healthcare-related degree in life sciences, biomedical fields, or similar, with experience in Pharmacovigilance
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical skills relevant to the role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Experience in team collaboration and delegation
