Job Summary
Supporting the design and maintenance of physical security technology, the full-time Junior Physical Security Engineer will assist in operating and troubleshooting access control, CCTV, and alarm systems remotely, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance of physical security systems
- Support day-to-day system monitoring, alarm review, and incident response coordination
- Document maintenance activities and maintain inventories of security hardware
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, facility operations, or physical security
- Basic understanding of physical security concepts and related technologies
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic IP networking concepts
- Relevant coursework or training in security, IT, or electronics preferred
- U.S. Citizenship required; must pass a background/security investigation
