Job Summary
Supporting the current platform remotely, the Junior Pipeline Engineer will manage ITSM incidents, build automated GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and implement infrastructure changes to enhance platform stability.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the ITSM queue for incidents, requests, and changes while coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Build automated GitLab CI/CD pipelines to deploy and test new application versions
- Identify and implement infrastructure changes and automations to improve platform stability through agile sprints
Required qualifications:
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Direct experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and pipeline automation
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and DevSecOps principles
- Familiarity with the ELK Stack or similar monitoring tools
