Junior Policy Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting policy and program research, the full-time Junior Policy Analyst will conduct analysis, develop reports and recommendations, and assist with various federal mission initiatives related to healthcare and benefits, all while working fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct policy, regulatory, legislative, and program research and analysis
- Develop decision papers, reports, briefings, and recommendations for policy initiatives
- Support various program activities, including quality assurance and training requirements
Required qualifications
- Junior- to mid-level experience in policy analysis, program analysis, or related fields
- Ability to research and interpret policies, regulations, and program requirements
- Experience in developing professional reports and written analytical products
- Preferred experience with federal government, DoD, VA, or healthcare programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
