Junior Product Delivery Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting business analysis and product delivery activities, the full-time Junior Product Delivery Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes and requirements, validate product changes, and participate in Agile delivery while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Participates in discovery activities, gathering and analyzing stakeholder information to document business needs and translate findings into requirements and user stories
- Supports backlog refinement and product support activities by documenting business value, compliance needs, and stakeholder input
- Collaborates with Quality Assurance on business validation and testing, and engages in delivery discussions and workshops with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1+ years of professional experience in business systems or process analysis
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product delivery practices
- Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of government regulations and data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and requirements documentation software
