Junior Product Designer
Job Summary
To support a critical healthcare initiative, the temporary Junior Product Designer will work remotely for 9 months, focusing on hands-on design execution using Figma to modernize a public health portal and improve user experience across state-specific variations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on Figma production work, customizing and updating UI components for various state-specific variations
- Apply and maintain established enterprise Design System rules across multiple screens and user flows
- Leverage AI-assisted design tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
Required Qualifications
- Solid foundational skills in Figma, including component library usage and responsive layouts
- Familiarity with design system guidelines and UI kits for real-world interface designs
- Basic experience tracking design tasks in Jira
- Strong curiosity or hands-on experience using AI design assistants
