Job Summary
Owning a specific product area within Massive Bio's AI-powered oncology platform, the full-time Junior Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product backlog, writing user stories, leading delivery rhythms, and engaging with users to enhance the product's effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of a defined product area, including backlog management and release notes
- Write detailed user stories and specifications for engineering teams
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning across multiple time zones
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product management or a closely related role
- Strong writing skills for clear communication across distributed teams
- Ability to analyze data and work with product analytics tools
- Familiarity with technical discussions and understanding of engineering processes
- Experience with tools such as Jira or Confluence is a plus
