Junior Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the development of an AI-powered oncology platform, the full-time Junior Product Manager will take ownership of a specific product area, manage backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own a product area by managing its backlog, release notes, and performance metrics
- Write clear user stories and specifications for engineering teams to implement
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning sessions with engineering squads
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product management or a related role such as business analysis or technical program management
- Able to write clearly and communicate effectively across time zones
- Comfortable working with data and using product analytics tools
- Willing to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams
- Exposure to healthcare, biotech, or clinical trial operations is a plus
