Junior Program Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time Junior Program Analyst will manage program planning, track schedules and deliverables, and prepare metrics and reports for the Operational Informatics Pipeline (OIP) contract, working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support program planning, including preparation for Planning Interval (PI) Planning and roadmap updates
- Maintain integrated schedules and track deliverables against due dates while managing risk and issue logs
- Collect program metrics and prepare biweekly sprint reports and status updates in Jira
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in program planning or analysis
- Experience tracking schedules, metrics, or risks and preparing status reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA background investigation; must reside and work in the U.S
