Junior Program Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time Junior Program Analyst will manage program planning, schedule tracking, and metrics reporting for interoperability programs within the Veterans Health Administration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in program planning, including preparation for Planning Interval (PI) Planning and roadmap updates
- Maintain integrated schedules and track deliverables against due dates while managing risk and issue logs
- Collect program metrics and prepare biweekly sprint reports and status updates in Jira
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in program planning, analysis, or evaluation
- Experience in tracking schedules, metrics, or risks and preparing status reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA background investigation and work authorization in the U.S
