Junior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the quality assurance process, the part-time Junior Quality Assurance Analyst will execute functional and regression tests on online training courses, ensuring content accuracy and user experience standards are met while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional tests and verification/regression according to the QA Testing Plan
• Verify course content, audio, images, and layout against provided materials
• Document test findings and suggest revisions in line with QA best practices

Required qualifications

• O/A Level education or a bachelor's degree with English as a major subject preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience or an internship in content writing and data analysis
• Basic knowledge of web-based training and quality assurance processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and basic technical proficiency in e-learning platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
