Junior Recruiter for Estheticians

Job Summary

To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote Junior Recruiter for Estheticians will manage the recruitment process for licensed and soon-to-be-licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists, focusing on candidate outreach, screening, and building relationships with beauty schools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruiting efforts for Wax Specialist positions across assigned centers, including candidate outreach and screening
• Build and maintain relationships with Esthetics and Cosmetology schools to develop pipelines of potential candidates
• Partner with Center Sales Directors to understand staffing needs and provide updates on applicant flow and interview processes

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, customer service, or high-volume retail preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Previous exposure to beauty, spa, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses is a plus
• Comfortable managing multiple open positions and conducting candidate conversations throughout the day
• Willingness to learn an ATS; previous experience with another ATS or HRIS platform preferred
