Junior Resource Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day deployment of a global delivery team, the full-time Junior Resource Manager will maintain resource management systems, monitor staffing requests, and generate utilization reports while working remotely with US-based team members on the US shift.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate view of team capacity and demand in Salesforce, surfacing potential delivery issues to senior resource managers
• Monitor incoming staffing requests, ensuring all necessary details are complete before passing them to senior management
• Compile historical staffing data to help senior leadership identify trends in hiring needs or skills gaps

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of resource management or staffing experience in a professional services environment
• Demonstrated experience matching consultants to projects based on skills and availability
• Working knowledge of professional services operations, including utilization and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool such as Certinia/FinancialForce or similar
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to work in spreadsheets and dashboards
