Junior Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the full revenue cycle in a remote setting, the full-time Junior Revenue Cycle Management Specialist will manage claim submissions, monitor unpaid claims, and assist with provider credentialing while ensuring accurate billing and accounts receivable follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Support claim submission to ensure timely, accurate billing
• Monitor claim status and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Manage accounts receivable, including aging follow-up and collections

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or related healthcare administrative role
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• Working knowledge of the insurance workflow, including claims lifecycle and denial management
• Familiarity with provider credentialing and payer enrollment concepts
• Understanding of accounts receivable and A/R follow-up
