Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Junior SAP Master Data Analyst will create, maintain, and validate master data in SAP, ensuring accurate procurement, sales, and payroll transactions while processing change requests and supporting data quality initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain Business Partner records and material masters in SAP
- Process master data requests and ensure compliance with segregation-of-duties controls
- Run data-quality reports to identify and correct errors in master data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or ERP environment
- Working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Understanding of basic business processes such as procure-to-pay or order-to-cash
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow controlled procedures
