Junior Security Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing security and compliance program, the full-time Junior Security Compliance Analyst will monitor security alerts, perform vulnerability scans, and assist with incident response while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security dashboards and triage alerts across various platforms, documenting and escalating issues as necessary
• Run recurring vulnerability scans, maintain a remediation tracker, and verify findings within defined SLAs
• Assist in incident response by capturing timelines, preserving evidence, and drafting post-incident summaries

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or audit and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud or productivity platform such as AWS, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace
• Demonstrated ability to complete detail-heavy work independently
• Comfort with spreadsheets and documentation tools, along with sound judgment in handling sensitive information
