Junior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Junior Software Engineer will review applications for compliance, investigate application behavior, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure issues are resolved before deployment in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications prior to release to ensure compliance and identify potential issues
• Investigate application behavior to identify technical or compliance-related problems
• Document findings clearly and provide actionable feedback to engineering and operations teams

Required qualifications

• Hands-on programming experience with Rust and/or Java, even at an early-career level
• Experience in a startup or small engineering team with broad responsibilities
• Exposure to QA, testing, product validation, compliance, or security
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple reviews or tasks in parallel without losing track of details
