Junior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Supporting the Customer Experience team, the full-time Junior Solutions Architect will assess business opportunities and develop strategies to address technical challenges while working remotely with security architects and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to process improvement and implementation methodology to quickly deliver customer value
- Provide thought leadership on API integration for automation and workflow management
- Conduct business process analyses and align technology solutions with business initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience
- Two or more years of business analysis and consulting experience related to enterprise software implementation
- Two or more years of experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions
