Job Summary
Supporting the technical design and development of IT and cloud solutions, the full-time Junior Solutions Architect will collaborate with lead architects and cross-functional teams to translate mission requirements into secure and scalable architectures in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and modeling of end-to-end architectures and technical specifications for federal IT programs
- Collaborate with technical leads to decompose functional and mission requirements into structured solution designs
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for government review, including system diagrams and architectural blueprints
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret security clearance and U.S. Citizenship
- 4+ years of professional technical experience in software engineering, systems engineering, cloud engineering, or solutions architecture
- Demonstrated experience designing solutions within cloud computing environments, preferably AWS
- Working knowledge of microservices architectures and API integration standards
- Practical experience using Infrastructure-as-Code tools and containerization technologies
