Junior Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support a government customer, the fully remote Junior Systems Analyst will provide incident triage, optimize AWS cloud resources, and collaborate with federal and state stakeholders while ensuring timely service request fulfillment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide incident triage and root-cause identification for application and system issues reported by stakeholders
- Tailor and monitor alerts for application and system availability using WhatsUp Gold and AWS Synthetic Canaries
- Utilize AWS services to identify potential process and system improvements while maintaining existing resource attributes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of IT experience with an associate degree or 5 years of IT experience without a degree
- US Citizenship with an active Public Trust
- Basic knowledge of querying databases
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch and Windows and/or Linux systems
- Understanding of network infrastructures, firewalls, and load balancers
