Junior Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting operational monitoring of Data Services Hub systems, the remote Junior Systems Analyst will manage incident triage, assist in troubleshooting, and prepare operational reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor application and system health using tools such as Splunk and New Relic, providing support during assigned shifts
- Assist in the review and analysis of Change Requests and Remedy Tickets, escalating issues to senior analysts as needed
- Prepare and distribute operational reports while maintaining accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Systems Analysis, IT Operations, or a related technical field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Basic understanding of business processes, system functionality, and data flows
- Foundational knowledge of Java or another programming language
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
