Junior Technical Training Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the development and delivery of technical training programs, the full-time Junior Technical Training Specialist will prepare training courses, assist in peer reviews and assessments, and maintain knowledge of medical device regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of core training courses related to medical devices and relevant regulations
• Assist in conducting peer reviews and marking assessments to ensure understanding of the conformity assessment process
• Schedule training sessions and track the progression and qualification status of new trainees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor level education, preferably in engineering, science, or research-based subjects
• Experience in the field of medical devices, particularly in the IVD/MD industry
• Proven experience in training technical skills within multinational organizations
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in both online and face-to-face training methodologies
