Junior Technical Training Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the development and delivery of technical training programs for medical device segment employees, the full-time Junior Technical Training Specialist will prepare training courses, assist in peer reviews, and maintain regulatory knowledge while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain core training courses related to medical devices and relevant regulations
• Provide administrative support to the competence and training team, including managing training records and certificates
• Assist in conducting peer reviews and assessments to ensure understanding of conformity assessment processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related fields
• Experience in the medical devices field, particularly within the IVD/MD industry
• Proven experience in training technical skills, both online and face-to-face
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in e-learning and face-to-face training methodologies
