Junior Technical Training Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the development and delivery of technical training programs, the full-time Junior Technical Training Specialist will prepare training courses, assist with peer reviews, and maintain regulatory knowledge for medical device segment employees in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of core training courses related to medical devices and relevant regulations
• Assist in conducting peer reviews and marking assessments for trainee exercises to ensure understanding of conformity assessment processes
• Proactively maintain knowledge of medical device regulations to ensure compliance in training materials and delivery methods

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related fields
• Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in IVD/MD
• Proven experience in training technical skills, both online and face-to-face
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and manage projects effectively
