Junior Technical Training Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the development and delivery of technical training programs for medical device segment employees, the full-time Junior Technical Training Specialist will prepare training courses, manage training administration, and maintain regulatory knowledge while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of training courses related to medical devices and relevant regulations
• Provide routine administrative support, including managing training certificates and tracking trainee progress
• Conduct peer reviews and assessments to ensure understanding of the conformity assessment process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or research-based subjects
• Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in IVD/MD
• Proven training experience in both online and face-to-face methodologies
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
