Junior Technical Writer

Job Summary

Collaborating with product managers and engineers, the remote Junior Technical Writer will create clear and concise product guides and self-help articles, ensuring high-quality documentation while working closely with team members across different time zones.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce product guides and self-help articles in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and support agents
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and technically accurate, adhering to established quality standards
• Engage with subject matter experts to enhance content for improved issue resolution and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 0 - 3 years of experience in a technical communication role
• Experience writing for SaaS, mobile, and desktop B2C products
• Knowledge of AI and familiarity with cybersecurity trends
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively
