Jurisdictional Analyst

Job Summary

To ignite a new era of impactful health outcomes, the full-time remote Jurisdictional Analyst will determine jurisdictional appropriateness for disputes, screen cases for prior decisions, and write jurisdictional determinations while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Determine corporate conflicts of interest and screen cases covered by prior decisions within designated time limits
• Write jurisdictional determinations and review medical records to assist in final IDR determinations
• Understand and apply state and federal medical and jurisdictional laws applicable to the IDR process

Required qualifications

• Associates degree in paralegal studies or a bachelor's degree in legal services or business administration with relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects and complex contractual requirements simultaneously
• Clear and concise writing style with strong organizational skills
• Understanding of healthcare insurance functions and regulations
