Job Summary

To support the development of high-quality state adoption submissions, the full-time salaried K-12 Curriculum RFP Writer will lead the creation of compelling proposal content, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with state standards and requirements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the content development of RFP responses for state curriculum adoptions, ensuring compliance and clarity
• Translate complex state requirements into persuasive proposal language in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Manage multiple deadlines and workstreams to ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in proposal development or RFP writing, with direct experience in state-level curriculum adoptions
• Strong understanding of state curriculum adoption processes and evaluation criteria
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for translating complex information into clear proposal content
• Proven project management skills with experience managing complex submissions involving multiple stakeholders
