Job Summary

Seeking a full-time salaried K-12 Math Editorial Manager, the role focuses on overseeing editorial processes for math curriculum development, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee editorial processes for math curriculum and instructional materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to editorial standards
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other contributors to provide feedback and maintain editorial alignment throughout the development process
• Manage multiple editorial projects, exercising independent judgment to resolve challenges and maintain quality across materials

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in editorial work, publishing, or curriculum development at a national curriculum company
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Education, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience editing or reviewing math content or other technical materials
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with K-12 mathematics content and the ability to review mathematical language for accuracy and consistency
