K-5 ELA Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the remote K-5 ELA Instructional Designer will create digital curriculum tools and learning solutions, contributing to product development and user testing while working within an Agile framework.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to product workstreams and collaborate on the creation of prototypes and digital curriculum tools
• Support user testing and provide training to associate instructional designers while ensuring project schedules and goals are met
• Stay current with industry trends to drive innovation in instructional design practices and enhance curriculum solutions

Required qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in digital content development, specifically in teaching and learning materials
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with authoring tools and learning management systems
• Ability to visualize and create animated and interactive content
• Previous K-5 teaching experience is a plus
