K-6 Math Teacher

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time K-6 Math Teacher, this remote position will manage 25 to 55-minute student sessions, assess learning progress, and curate tailored lesson plans while communicating with parents and attending team meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with students weekly to provide personalized math instruction
• Assess students' starting points and curate lesson plans based on individual needs
• Track student progress and communicate updates to parents regularly

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, or related fields
• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• Ability to work a minimum of 14 hours per week with students
• Good communication skills with parents
• Experience in teaching in a fun and engaging manner
