Job Summary
Seeking dedicated educators, the part-time K-6 Virtual Math Tutor will deliver pre-designed math lessons to students across the USA in a fully remote environment, primarily during weekday evenings from 4 PM to 7 PM ET, with flexible scheduling and no lesson preparation required.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct consistent, recurring tutoring sessions with K-6 students using provided lesson content
- Build rapport with students to create a supportive and motivating learning environment
- Maintain attendance at least 80% of claimed sessions to ensure stable student support
Required qualifications
- Experience in classroom teaching, tutoring, or similar educational roles, with a college degree preferred
- Ability to deliver targeted math lessons aimed at improving student skills and understanding
- Access to a reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet connection of at least 20 mbps
- Must reside in and tutor from one of the specified states within the USA
