Job Summary
Supporting the Kansas Home and Community-Based Services Program, the full-time Kansas Licensed Clinical Administrator will manage scheduling assessments, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule assessments and accommodations for clients served by the program
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in accordance with contractual turnaround times
- Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents while ensuring data accuracy
Required qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of relevant experience required
- 6 months to 1 year of experience coordinating and scheduling assessments or appointments
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinical, customer service, or call center environment
- Experience in a clinical office setting is preferred
