Kansas Licensed Clinical Coordinator RN

Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the temporary full-time Kansas Licensed Clinical Coordinator RN will manage the initial patient intake process, assess patient needs for home or infusion therapy, and ensure effective communication with healthcare providers while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. from October through March.

Key responsibilities:

• Receives and evaluates patient referrals to ensure timely verification and assessment for nursing services
• Communicates with healthcare personnel and outside providers to maintain continuity and quality of patient care
• Documents patient status and coordinates care using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems

Required qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Compact RN license
• 2+ years of experience in Infusion Therapy and Home Health
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) programs
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in various settings
