Kansas Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
To support a Clinical Engagement Services team, the remote Kansas Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct telephonic consultations, perform comprehensive medication reviews, and communicate clinical recommendations while working part-time on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews
- Identify gaps in care, adherence concerns, drug interactions, and high-risk medications
- Document interventions and communicate clinical recommendations to patients and healthcare providers
Required qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Kansas
- Strong knowledge of Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and disease-state management
- 1+ year of remote/independent work experience
- PharmD degree; PBM/retail experience and bilingual skills are a plus
