Job Summary
To support a growing network of seniors, the fully remote Kansas Licensed Medicare Agent will assist clients in navigating Medicare options, utilizing provided leads, and building their own business with comprehensive training and support.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding and enrolling in Medicare plans using provided leads
- Complete training through Connie Academy to gain knowledge of Medicare fundamentals and compliance requirements
- Build and manage a personal client portfolio while leveraging ongoing support and resources
Required qualifications
- Active health insurance license (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify)
- Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, wireless, mortgage, or insurance
- New to Medicare sales, with less than a year of experience in the field
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a personal business
- Comfortable using sales platforms and digital tools
