Kansas Licensed Senior Biostatistician

Job Summary

Acting as the Lead Biostatistician for various studies, the full-time remote Kansas Licensed Senior Biostatistician will independently manage projects, provide statistical guidance, and mentor junior team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate statistical analyses for simple to complex studies, serving as the main contact for the Biostatistics team and clients
• Mentor and train other Biostatisticians, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Develop and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and perform quality control on analyses and documents prepared by team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Statistics or a related field
• Excellent proficiency in SAS programming
• Understanding of the clinical research project life cycle and applicable regulatory guidelines
• Experience in generating randomization schedules and statistical analysis plans
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment
