Job Summary

Offering a remote opportunity for Kentucky residents, the Auto Parts Consultant will assist dealerships and auto manufacturer employees with parts information, locate parts in an online catalog, and manage part orders while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide assistance with parts information to dealerships and auto manufacturer employees
• Locate parts in an online parts catalog and place part orders
• Research and learn about new auto parts to maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field

Required qualifications

• One or more years of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding knowledge of car and auto parts
• Ability to navigate computer systems and type at least 35 WPM
• Must be a Kentucky resident with a distraction-free work environment and high-speed wired internet
