Job Summary
Providing on-site technical support, the full-time Kentucky IT Field Engineer will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components while resolving network connectivity issues, with opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Visit client locations to address technical issues and provide on-site support
- Diagnose and repair hardware failures and perform preventive maintenance
- Configure and manage network devices while monitoring network performance and security
Required qualifications

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are advantageous
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
- Experience with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
