Kentucky Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Job Summary
To support expanding access to mental healthcare across Kentucky, the part-time Kentucky Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide 15-22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and complete timely, accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
Required qualifications
- An active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families or a passion for serving this population
- The ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
