Job Summary
To support a growing Advanced Practice Provider team, the part-time contracted Kentucky Licensed Collaborating Physician will provide clinical collaboration, guidance, and consultation, while being available remotely to assist with patient care activities and administrative requirements in compliance with Kentucky law.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a collaborating physician for Icon Health APPs practicing in Kentucky
- Support licensing, credentialing, and related administrative requirements
- Provide clinical collaboration and guidance when APPs encounter complex patient care needs
Required Qualifications
- Board certified in Family Medicine
- Fellowship trained in Sports Medicine
- Actively licensed and in good standing in Kentucky
- Physically located and practicing in the state of Kentucky
- Comfortable serving in a collaborative physician capacity for APPs
