Job Summary

To support a growing network of independent agents, the fully remote Kentucky Licensed Medicare Agent will assist seniors in finding the right Medicare coverage while building their own business with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to seniors on Medicare options and enrollments using leads supplied by the company
• Complete training through Connie Academy to gain knowledge of Medicare fundamentals and sales techniques
• Achieve sales milestones to earn commissions, bonuses, and an onboarding stipend

Required qualifications

• Active health license is required (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify)
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, wireless, mortgage, or insurance
• New to Medicare; no prior Medicare sales experience is necessary
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
• Comfortable using sales platforms and digital tools
